It starts with the full-tang blade and tall height. These features, along with a long rose wood handle make it easy to cut through large pieces of meat. The high carbon content of the steel makes these knives incredibly sharp and easy to sharpen. Your dinner table will stand out with a set of these exquisite steak knives.

Care Instructions

1095 steel is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Do not put in dishwasher. Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.
